Sir Henry Boyle
Aged 63, Sir Henry has more than twenty five years’ experience working as a consultant and practitioner in the Medical, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical sectors.
He has worked for a variety of NHS Trusts, primarily delivering learning & development programmes for management teams and other key staff. As Chairman of Profile Productions Ltd. he has worked closely with such professional bodies as the Royal College of General Practitioners, The Society of Chiropodists & Podiatrists, The Faculty of Sexual & Reproductive Healthcare, The Association of Pharmacy Technicians UK and The Institute of Health Visiting.
Reflecting his keen interest in social and residential healthcare, Sir Henry has for the last four years been Chairman of Paradise Lodge Care Home Ltd. and is now also Chairman of Nest Healthcare Ltd. He is mainly responsible for company planning & development, together with the design and delivery of HR interventions for members of staff. He also plays a key role in liaison with external and commissioning bodies and has an overview role in ensuring the delivery of very high quality care at competitive rates.
Sir Henry is also Managing Director of TBSG (The Business Support Group), which provides practical consultancy, help and some funding for SMME organisations, and is Chairman of the HCQC (Healthcare Consultancy and Qualifications Consortium).
Vanessa is a fully qualified care home manager with 34 years’ practical experience of hands-on care and mandatory compliance procedures in a number of different care sectors including Elderly Care, Dementia Care, Mental Health and Learning Disability, Tuberculosis, Hospice Care in Cancer, General Community Nursing and HIV.
Vanessa holds a range of mandatory and developmental sector-specific qualifications, including a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care Management.
She has been a Senior Care Home Manager for the past 16 years.
Robin is currently Managing Director of the Paradise Lodge Care Homes Group, based in Chelmsford, Essex. A Business Studies university graduate, he has worked in this capacity for the past 13 years, during which time he has overseen the controlled growth of the company from an initial single care home to the current group of four establishments. Robin is currently in the process of driving the expansion of the group with the planned acquisition of a further three care homes, offering a wider range of services to clients and service users in both the public and private sectors. He also acts as a consultant for start-ups and SMMEs in the Care & Allied sectors.

Aged 38, Adrian has had more than seven years’ experience working as an Equalities specialist, particularly in the field of Diversity & Inclusion, in both the public and private sectors as well as within the political spectrum.
He has worked particularly in the LGBT+ sector, championing Same-Sex marriage and campaigning for fully inclusive Sex & Relationship education in all schools to prevent bullying, decrease suicide rates amongst young people and increase awareness of mental health issues. Currently, he works in the House of Lords as the Equalities Research Advisor to the Liberal Democrat Equalities spokesperson. This role has enabled him to broaden his knowledge and understanding of BAME, Gender and Disability issues whilst maintaining his long-standing activism in the LGBT sector.
He chaired LGBT+ Liberal Democrats for four and a half years and now chairs the Party’s Diversity Sub Committee. He Chair’s the Pride in London Community Advisory Board which scrutinises the work and organisation of Pride and works closely with the Metropolitan Police in a Specialist Advisory capacity.
Adrian has also recently opened a new company called Inclusiv Ltd. offering an inclusive equalities workshop based around diversity & inclusion and promoting equality and inclusivity for everyone in the ‘protected characteristics’ categories. This means that Gender, Disability, Race, Faith, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Age, are all holistically integrated to include the issue of double or multiple discrimination, which crosses different strands.
Rekha is an expert in the field of design and image promotion. For an extended period she held a senior position with Marks & Spencer and currently continues to consult for them on a freelance basis.
Her family own a number of Care Homes and she has for many years taken an active role in their planning, finance and administration.
A keen and expert photographer, she now runs an independent consultancy providing photographic and design services to individuals, SMME’s and larger Corporates – and, of course, can knowledgeably advise Care Home owners on these matters too.
James has been connected to the Health and Social Care sector for over 30 years. James’ early career, in social work, was heavily influenced by his brother who has severe learning disabilities. His career began as a Residential Social Worker for children with learning disabilities, progressing onto working in special residential schools, managing ‘homes for life’ and respite care units and finally ending in being a field/hospital Social Worker.
Post social work James has had an eclectic career which has included sales and marketing within the IT industry, a member of Mencap’s campaigns team and as researcher for a shadow cabinet Member of Parliament whose portfolio was health and social care.
James is a trustee of the organisation who cares for his brother; is an advisor on NHS England’s Learning Disability and Autism Board and is working with his local Clinical Commissioning Group as an Expert by Experience for a Transforming Care Partnership.
